Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the person or organisation named on the Imprint page.
2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Each time it is accessed, the host's server automatically records data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and date and time of access, in log files. This is required for secure, stable delivery of the site and is usually kept for a limited time before automatic deletion, unless needed longer to investigate a security incident. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not combined with other sources.
3. Cookies & tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising services.
4. Fonts
All fonts are hosted locally on this server. No connection is made to external font providers such as Google Fonts, so no data about your visit is shared with third parties for this purpose.
5. External links
This site links out to Instagram, SoundCloud, YouTube and Bandcamp. These are plain links — nothing is loaded from those platforms until you actively click one. Once you leave this site, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
6. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we use the information you provide (your address and message) only to answer your inquiry, and don't share it with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data (Art. 15–20), to object to its processing (Art. 21), and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77) — for example the one in your state.
This template reflects the site's current, minimal processing: no cookies, no analytics, self-hosted fonts, outbound links only. If you later add a contact form, newsletter or analytics, extend this policy accordingly. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
